Recognized for our excellence, PharmAchieve has been named one of the Globe and Mail's Top Growing Companies for six consecutive years.
Position Overview
PharmAchieve is seeking licensed pharmacists to join our team as Mock OSCE Assessors. We hold mock OSCEs three times per year (October/November, January/February, and April/May) across Toronto, Calgary, and Edmonton. The successful candidates will be responsible for evaluating students during these in-person sessions. This role requires a strong clinical background, excellent professional judgment, and the ability to work independently.

- Edmonton: University of Alberta (HSERC)
- Calgary: University of Calgary (Foothills Campus)
Duties
- Assessing candidates objectively based on a standardized checklist.
- Offering constructive written and verbal feedback to help candidates improve their clinical and communication skills.
- Using your professional judgment to support the next generation of pharmacists by providing specific, actionable insights into areas where they made mistakes, rather than just general praise.
Qualifications

- Clinical Experience: 1-2 years is preferred.
- PEBC Qualifying Exams: Must have successfully completed the PEBC exams, preferably within the last 5 years.
- PEBC Affiliation: The successful candidate must not have worked with the PEBC in the last 5 years.

- Passion for Education: A genuine interest in giving back, mentoring, and shaping the future generation of pharmacists.
Our Recruitment Process
Please note that this role is an independent contractor position. Because this is a pool posting, your application will remain on file for future consideration. When our hiring needs arise prior to an OSCE season, we will review the pool and reach out to selected candidates to schedule a brief interview. Successful candidates will then be added to our official roster and given access to pick up available shifts.
